Albany Residence

This was a residential design for a young family in Albany, Oregon. The family came to me with a rough idea of the house they wanted and some reference materials of other houses they liked. They planned act as their own general contractor and complete most of the construction work themselves. I worked with them to refine the home design and develop working drawings and construction details. Additionally, I was able to provide assistance with the permit application process as needed.
